The EPIFLOW Kinesiology Tape was developed over a period of one year in collaboration with physiotherapists. During this time, we have received many positive testimonials with some astonishing treatment results. We are currently conducting a scientific application study, the results of which will be published shortly.
The backing paper of the EPIFLOW can also be removed completely. Therefore, the product can be used like normal kinesiology tape without any problems. Strictly speaking, it is no longer necessary to keep a separate stock of normal tape.
In contrast to products with individual tabs or ‘own constructions’ with different tape strips, the activation tab offers – in addition to saving time – a reliable and flexible grip over the entire length of the tape.
After a thorough introduction to the basic application and movement of the tape by a healthcare professional, EPIFLOW can also be used at home without any problems due to its ease of use. However, if in doubt, we recommend that it be applied by a medically trained person.
Extensive tests have shown that cutting the corners straight results in an optimum distribution of the tensile forces that occur when the activation tab is moved. This is the best way to prevent unwanted detachment.
